Network on Board

A night of networking with powerhouse women along the Connecticut River. Tatiana Cole of Free to Flourish, LLC and Kisha Zullo of the Women in Business Summit created an incredible experience sailing on the Lady Bea at Brunelles Marina in South Hadley, MA. 

The evening began with walking down the runway (the dock). The ladies strutted their stuff with the excitement of what’s to come.  Kisha and Tatiana offered welcoming remarks and role played how to begin chatting with someone you didn’t know. When asked, who came there solo? Half of the ladies raised their hand. A big round of applause filled the cabin to honor these courageous women for stepping out of their comfort zone and investing in themselves. Sometimes it’s necessary to go at it alone, to experience something new just for you. 

Boisterous laughter filled the cabin as new bonds were made. Guests waved to fellow boaters; a new community and sense of belonging unlocked.  Ever so often you’ll catch a glimpse of a fellow passenger admiring the view with a deep breath, she inhales confidence and exhales doubt. New visions on the horizon. 

The top deck was the best view looking out at the gentle ripples of the river and the fluffy clouds as sunset near. Network on board not only grew their network but also transformed their mindset as the scenery and nature introduced new ideas.
